Lydia Nabaggala is a Licensed Vocational Nurse and the founder of LNB Empowered Living. With hands-on experience supporting individuals with diverse healthcare and daily living needs, Lydia founded LNB Empowered Living with a vision of creating a place where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are treated with dignity, compassion, respect, and genuine care.

Her nursing background has strengthened her commitment to person-centered support, safety, advocacy, and helping each individual achieve greater independence and quality of life.
